We charge a $170 flat rate for a “Virus and Malware Scan and Removal” This is a full scan using our Enterprise grade tools to scan for viruses, malware, spyware, and other malicious threats on the device. This service includes automated remediation post consultation on next steps if the remediation requires extensive or invasive methods such as a Operating System re-install.
