We offer excellent onsite services designed to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Whether you need an entire computer setup, or just would prefer a on-site virus cleanup, we are ready.
Standard On-site Services – $180/hr
- Standard on-site labor provides that exact same services as standard in-shop, except at your location.
- All on-site calls are portal-to-portal, meaning we charge from the moment we leave our shop to when we arrive back at our location.
- We bill in 15 minute increments with a minimum 1/2 hour charge.
Computer Setup
Get your new computer setup by the professionals.
Details & Pricing
We charge $180/hr for an on-site computer setup.
Our technicians can get your computer connected to your network, monitor, printer, and any other device to ensure you are ready-to-go. We can install and configure any software or program during our setup.
The length of this service depends on the components required for a complete setup. Most setups range between 1 hr and 1.5 hr for service.

Virus Removal
Remove viruses and protect against future online threats.
Details & Pricing
We charge $180/hr for an on-site virus cleanup.
This service entails a full cleanup on your machine, including removal of all infections. As well, we update, upgrade, and secure the system after removing any malicious programs and files.
The length of this service depends on the type of infection on the machine. Most cleanups range between 1 hr and 1.5 hr for service.

Remote Support
Remote support is great for most quick issues.
Remote support is perfect if you want easy and convenient service, don’t want to unplug your computer, or have limited time.
It is not ideal if you have hardware issues, can’t access the internet, or have an extensive service that could take several hours.

In-Shop
In-shop service is great for most services.
In-shop service is perfect if you have hardware problems, require troubleshooting, or want a cheaper alternative to onsite labor.
It is not ideal if you have a simple fix or don’t want to unplug your machine and bring it to another location.
Timely
Onsite
Onsite service is great for adding new devices.
If you are adding additional devices to your network, such as printers or routers, then onsite services are what you need.
It is not ideal if you have an issue that requires lengthy troubleshooting, or if you have a simple and quick fix.
